A new festival hosted by the organisers of Creamfields is arriving in Sefton Park this summer, with ‘Cream Classical in the Park‘ taking place on Friday July 19.
Following the success of their Cream Classical shows at Liverpool Cathedral, award-winning promoters Cream are taking their show to the next level.
The 20,000 capacity festival will play host to two stages, 20 DJs who have been a part of the family over its 25 year reign, and the spine-tingling 50 piece Kaleidoscope Orchestra.
A Cream spokesperson told Mersey Mash: “The success of Cream Classical at Liverpool Cathedral has been overwhelming with each show selling out in record time, taking the concept outdoors with the beautiful Sefton Park as its backdrop is the perfect location for a show like this and the space allows us to take it to the next level. It’s also a great opportunity for us to welcome back some Cream legends, whose last time in the city was for Cream’s closing party, it’s going to be unmissable.”
Full line up is to be announced within the coming weeks.
Pre-sale tickets are available from 9am Friday, February 22 and general tickets on sale 10am Friday, February 22.
