More than twenty thousand homes are set to be built in Liverpool City Centre, with some plans already underway.
Architect Adam Hall speaking at the Mipim Property Festival in Cannes earlier this year, used some of his firms CGI’s to show his ambitions for transforming the city centre.
Three sets of towers situated on Prince’s Doc are just some of the new homes that are being built, which helps to total the new housing properties in Liverpool to 27,500.
Foundations, set up by the Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson, aims to build or renovate 10,000 homes across Liverpool in the next decade.
The Elliot Group has started building the Infinity Tower in Leeds Street, which will have river and city views. The new apartments include studios, and up to three-bedroom flats. The building also includes a garden, gym and cinema, amongst other developments.
The tower is due for completion in December 2020.
