Foundations, set up by the Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson, aims to build or renovate 10,000 homes across Liverpool in the next decade.

The Elliot Group has started building the Infinity Tower in Leeds Street, which will have river and city views. The new apartments include studios, and up to three-bedroom flats. The building also includes a garden, gym and cinema, amongst other developments.
